Business Process Analyst

General Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with various SLNG business groups to deliver services that drive business performance and growth. Our ideal candidate has an IT Background, is self-motivated, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate shall be responsible for, but not be limited to, the following duties and responsibilities.

  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of SLNG’s business model and the roles of various business groups to achieve excellent business performance and operational effectiveness.
  2. Liaise with all business groups and stakeholders to understand key IT applications and systems, and provide technical, commercial, and financial solutions to support business processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document user requirements, and translate them into functional specifications to meet the business objectives.
  4. Provide recommendations based on analysis and insights to drive process improvements, cost reduction, and system/application enhancements.
  5. Collaborate with the internal IT team and manage external service providers to develop and implement business processes and IT systems.
  6. Regularly monitor the effectiveness of IT applications and systems.
  7. Manage changes and follow up on defects with external service providers.

 

Work Experiences

  1. Candidates with IT system implementation and support experience, including exposure to Quorum’s Energy Components, SAP Enterprise Solutions, or Business Intelligence tools, will have an added advantage.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI.
  3. Active learner and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of the diverse range of SLNG business activities.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.

 

Education Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business from a reputable university.
