Intern, HSSE

GENERAL OVERVIEW

We are seeking an eager and detail-oriented intern to assist the HSSE group, while working closely with both internal and external parties.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The intern will be assisting a WSH Officer on day to day Terminal activities. He/she will be learning all aspects of how a HSSE management system is implemented in the LNG Terminal. At the same time, the intern will be assigned a small project for the duration of the internship.
• Some key learning areas for the intern are as follows:
  • Compliance with HSSE legal requirements.
  • How SS651/ISO45001 management system is implemented in an operating terminal.
• Any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate students in their final year currently enrolled in Chemical Engineering or equivalent program from a reputable University / Polytechnic.
• Has a keen interest in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Positive and keen learner.
• Good communication skills.
