General Overview

You will contribute to the development of SLNG's first in-house commercial platform, designed to optimize throughput processes for Singapore's 2nd LNG terminal.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work within Throughput business group to support development of commercial platform for throughput process optimization and automation.
• Be highly involved in developing technology solution to increase throughput efficiency in innovative analytical projects.
• Use of Full-Stack development technologies to meet tight development timeline.
• Collaborate with throughput business analyst and optimization algorithm specialist to incorporate algorithm in the platform.
• Collaborate with internal legal team and external attorneys to support the preparation and protection of patent and intellectual property applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and present user interface to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external partners, consultants, and research institutions to leverage expertise and resources for developing better commercial platform.

Work Experiences

• Good relevant technical experience in IT/engineering/energy industries and experience in joining software development teams.
• Familiar and experienced with using Full-Stack development technologies.
• Convert design into functional and responsive user interfaces in fast moving working environment.
• Good engineering experience in the following:

1. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks (Front-End).
2. Python Based Web-Development Framework: Django/Flask/FastAPI.
3. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes to meet tight project timeline.
4. Good communication and presentation skills to interact with technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor, Master degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Operations Research/Applied Mathematics related discipline from a reputable university.
