Roles and Responsibilities
The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not to, the following:
Recruitment
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Review job descriptions to ensure compliance with fair employment practices.
- Proactively source for qualified candidates using job boards such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet and other professional networks and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute actively to SLNG’s resource review from anticipating business needs to executing recruitment solutions to deliver on short-term needs and long-term goals.
- Support recruitment system enhancement, testing and deployment.
- Drive the analysis of recruitment reports (average time-to-fill, acceptance rates, first-year attrition rate etc).
- Analyse recruitment and attrition data to anticipate and forecast recruitment trends.
- Leverage on HR Information System to build databases and design HR analytics around data, for workforce planning and as data input for competitive benchmarking.
Early Careers
- Support graduates and interns hiring and other talent pipelining projects.
- Build relationships with IHLs and Associations to boost talent pipelining.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment and internal networking events.
- Collaborate with the Branding and Communications team to drive SLNG’s branding efforts and position SLNG as an employer-of-choice.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven track record in hands-on talent acquisition from sourcing, market mapping, and talent networking.
- Competence in direct sourcing methodology via different sourcing channels is a must.
- Resourcefulness in creating a passive talent network and building talent pipelines for high-volume and/or critical roles.
- Resilience and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
