Senior Manager (Strategy & Analytics)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Manager (Strategy & Analytics) will support the development and implementation of corporate strategies. This would include:
- Execution of the corporate strategies and regular reporting to the Board and/or senior management team on KPIs performance and action items arising out of various strategic review and business planning activities.
- Work with the Chief Executive Officer and Business Group Heads, responsible to formulate and develop the annual business plan and longer-term opportunities.
- Work closely with the Business Group Heads to formulate strategies and narrative to achieve the corporate goals.
- Responsible for the monitoring of the energy market developments and trends.
- Conduct research and gather information on the latest development in the energy industry, in particular LNG, and keep track of government policies and regulatory requirements that could affect the organization.
- Develop strategies and identify emerging opportunities through competitive analysis, monitoring and analysing trends that shape the energy and LNG landscape and assess the implications of these trends on business strategies and organization development.
- Plan and facilitate business strategy workshop.
- Support and facilitate development of analytical dashboards, and coordinate requirements with IT and business functions.
- Main liaison for SLNG’s membership in the various regional and global forums and associations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business or Engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years’ experience in strategy development and corporate planning.
- Good understanding of the energy industry and natural gas operations in Singapore.
- Proficient in data analytic tools, Power BI and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and the ability to gather and screen data efficiency.
- Engaging personality, good stakeholder management skills and confident interacting with leadership and management team.
